Fresno Plum (Mild)

We wanted to make a sauce that could be an everyday, every-meal, can’t-eat-without-it kind of hot sauce. Everyone has a favorite go-to, and we wanted to try to land right in that sweet spot.

Fresno Plum is tangy and savory with mild heat and plenty of flavor. It’s not meant to make you sweat — it’s meant to wake up your food.

It cuts through rich breakfast dishes and burgers, adds a little spark to a stir-fry, and even works great in a Bloody Mary.
