Piña de Diabla (Hot)

Piña de Diabla was inspired by the bright, tropical flavors of tepache — the naturally fermented pineapple drink from Mexico.

We ferment pineapple and habanero together to capture that layered acidity, then build depth with ginger and cinnamon. The result is vibrant, alive, and complex — sweet on the nose, fiery on the finish. 

High heat with character — layered, punchy, and addictive.
